What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). We do not store any private financial information.

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

What is your return policy?

We are happy to accept original condition, unworn items for size or product exchange within 30 days of purchase. For costume items that are only available in one size we will accept returns for a refund of the purchase price less shipping when RECEIVED on or before October 20th. Costume purchases made between October 12th and November 1st will not be eligible for a refund, but they are accepted for equal exchange/credit anytime within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for return the condition of the item(s) must be original and all the products, accessories and  packaging must be included. Items that are NOT eligible include: products/packaging that are incomplete, obviously worn, soiled, cut, torn, or altered in anyway, all socks, certain headwear(email us for details), clearance items.

Email us for return authorizations and instructions. Costs pertaining to return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Return shipments must have tracking or delivery confirmation service to avoid lost packages.

Defective items: any items found to contain a manufacturing defect will be replaced by us at absolutely zero cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt if your item is defective and we will fix it.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours or less from our state-of-the-art shipping facility in New York state. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email when your order is dispatched. Standard shipping averages 2-5 business day delivery within the US, 5-10 days to Canada, and approximately 7-15 business days to overseas destinations depending on your local customs and mail carrier. Tracking numbers are provided for all domestic shipments. Overseas tracking service is available on Express Mail only. International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes by the destination country.

US residents only: Standard shipping on all orders from 10/22-10/28 includes Priority Mail (2-3 day) delivery. Place your order by 10/25 and receive guaranteed delivery by 10/29/2011.

Select your Express Shipping Upgrade from the Expedited Shipping category. Domestic Express Mail Shipping within the US is 1-2 day signed delivery. Express International Shipping averages 3-5 business days to Canada and 4-6 business days to most overseas countries.
